A Russian man identified as D. Razumilov has filed lawsuit for moral suffering and harm to mental health as he claims his iPhone hoaxed him into downloading an app that made him gay.
According to The Moscow Times, it all began when Razmuliov received a payment of 69 GayCoins (a form of cryptocurrency) on his iPhone in 2017. The payment allegedly came from an unknown sender also came with the message “don’t judge without trying.” “I thought, indeed, how can I judge something without trying it?” Razmuliov said in his complaint. “And decided to try same-sex relationships.”
“I can say after the passage of two months that I’m mired in intimacy with a member of my own sex and can’t get out. I have a steady boyfriend and I don’t know how to explain it to my parents.” Says Razumilov in the complaint.
Razumilov is seeking $15,000 from Apple for pain and suffering and his case is scheduled for review by the courts later this month.
Now with all that being said, we are a little confused how simply downloading the app can cause a legitimate straight man to turn gay. Afterall, there was no force involved in downloading the app. Its like saying, someone handed me, a male, a tampon and because of such i put it up my butt. Or god for bid, someone hands you a gun and you decide to shoot up the nearest Walmart just because. Jokes aside, he decided to download the app out of past curiosities nothing more nothing less. Now with that being said, is it that hard to turn a straight man gay? Straight men all over the world witness other men having sex with women, in porn videos that is, but not many of these guys would say that the mere visual has made them tempted to get naked with another man. Not to mention, what about all the straight men who are comfortable with their sexuality and have gay friend, gay friends in relationships….
